More Fun with Jake

Today I feed Jake two ounces of formula and he zonked. I took advantage of the sleepy time by taking some pictures of him. Here is the same picture in black and white and color. I couldn't decide which one I liked the best so here are both.

I am so in love with this little boy. He looks so calm and quiet. It is amazing how something this small and sweet can occupy your whole day!!!

I can't believe how fast my little guys is growing. He literally changes so much everyday. He was so good to let his mommy practice on him for this photo shoot.

Thanks Mom!!

I am so grateful for my mom. She was able to come home and be with me for the last two weeks. She was such a lifesaver. I don't know what I would have done if she couldn't be here for Jacob's birth. It was really hard to let here go back to her mission in France!!! I miss her so much already. Thanks for all you did mom and for the fun we had. I love you so much.

Riding Ikea in Style

I needed to get out of the house on Tuesday so we decided to go to lunch and to Ikea. Ikea being a bit much to walk a week after having a baby we decided to put Jacob and me in a wheelchair. Thanks mom for pushing us around.

One eye open

Jacob often opens just one eye to see whats going on. Then he decides if he wants to commit his attention or go back to sleep. Ryan caught this in action.

Jacob Ryan Simmons

On Sunday the most amazing thing happened to Ryan and Me. We became parents. We have the sweetest little boy that we get to share our lives with. He arrived Sunday February 17th at 6:53pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. We feel so blessed to have him here with us.

Baby Munns Has Arrived

Baby girl Munns arrived safely Tuesday evening. She was a month early, 6 lbs 1 oz and very healthy. Ryan and I are getting really excited for our not so distant little arrival.
